What is RAMP (Roof Asset Management Programme)?
The RAMP system aims to meet the requirements of any clients property portfolio. We will provide a timescale on how and when the roof should be repaired and maintained. We will carry out a full diagnostic survey on a clients roof to include:
- Specification and Roof Build-Up
- Thermal Imaging
- Nuclear Moisture Mapping
- Leak Detection
- CAD Drawings
- Photographic Survey
- Results Uploaded to Everlast Secure Website for Client Access
Traffic Light System
- Green: Planned maintenance programme
- Amber: Attention needed
- Red: Immediate action required
What happens now?
- Defects are repaired immediately
- Planned Maintenance Programmes are introduced
- Inspection visits are planned
- Budget planning assistance is offered
- Full access to progress and current status is uploaded onto a secure web page.
How is it charged?
A nominal fee per metre is charged, the rate is dependant upon:
- Existing roof condition
- Roof size
- Roof type
- Client portfolio size
- H&S constraints
