Health and Safety is our top priority. Therefore our Goal is to always operate safely and protect the reputation, value and assets of Everlast Waterproofing, so that we have a safe working environment, practise and culture, maintaining legal, regulatory and contractual compliance. This will ensure that each Everlast installation complies with statutory and industry specific safety requirements and achieves the standards our customers expect.

We at Everlast promote a culture whereby our staff are concerned with their own safety and that of others by ensuring that each Everlast Operative is kept up to date with current Health, Safety and Environmental information that enables them to comply with the statutory requirements in relation to safety and environmental management. In addition each Operative receives training in emergency arrangements such as fire and first aid to minimise the affect of any incident that may arise on site. All Operatives receive product specific training delivered directly by the manufacturer minimising any potential risks during installation no matter how complex the waterproofing system they are installing is.

Health and Safety training is vital to achieving our Goal, our success and credibility we have therefore produced a Toolbox Talk programme that is delivered by our Site Supervisors and attended by every Everlast Operative keeping our workforce fully aware of relevant and current Health and Safety issues. During these Toolbox talks we actively encourage discussion and debate ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety and our procedures are explored and discussed.

At Everlast we work closely with our clients to ensure that our internal controls protect the interests of our clients and manage risk to an acceptable level. This is achieved by producing and agreeing practicable and workable Health and Safety Plans for each new project then proactively managing and monitoring the plan throughout the lifetime of the project. This commitment to our client's well being and the understanding of our accountability for the health and safety and welfare of customers and their staff our own employees, suppliers and the general public has led Everlast to be accredited by CHAS, Constructionline, Link- Up and Safe Contractor.

By maintaining and developing our management systems to match industry best practise in the areas of Safety, Quality, Risk, Environmental and Waste management we are able to apply mechanisms for improving our performance and ensure that each project from the offset minimises the impact on the surrounding environment keeping it safe and healthy for all to enjoy.
